📚 Skill System Overhaul – A Whole New Way to Level Up

🔹 Before the Update:

• NFT Citizens started with basic skills at Level 0 (no learning needed).

• Skills had flat, uniform effects (boring, right?).

🔹 Now:
✅ Skills are tiered – unlocking more powerful effects as you level up.
✅ NFT Citizens start without skills but can learn them using Skill Books!
✅ No progress lost – if you had a Skill Book before, your levels are still intact!

Example: If your Skill Book was Level 5 before, it stays Level 5! 📖🔥
