Once a member of a secretive people dwelling in the surrounding forests, he had witnessed the deadly blast of Reactor No. 4. The explosion poisoned the land and warped the magic of the area, transforming the elves into creatures consumed by radiation. But not Tchernobob.

He survived, his body absorbing radioactive energy like a second kind of magic. His pale skin glowed with a faint green hue in the darkness, and his eyes shimmered like two dying suns.
