In a futuristic world where technology has merged with urban chaos. Snake is a former mercenary turned smuggler on the crowded streets of Neo-Genesis, a cyberpunk megalopolis where corruption and violence reign supreme. Snake is obsessed with a rare and mysterious substance called Erg0ne, an energetic material with quasi-mystical properties. Erg0ne once powered an ancient alien technology known as PoCoP (Photon orbital Core Portal), a legendary relic with the power to link worlds and dimensions. But the PoCoP has long since been lost or concealed, and the ErgOne has become a rare and valuable commodity, coveted by the all-powerful corporations and criminal factions wying for control of Neo-Genesis.
Snake, having himself been involved in a secret PoCoP operation in the past, is haunted by the memory and is desperate to find the truth about this forgotten technology. His quest leads him through the city's underworld, where he encounters a gallery of characters as dangerous as they are colorful: rebel hackers, cybernetic arms dealers, and double agents working on behalf of the occult powers that secretly run Neo-Genesis. As Snake gets closer to the truth about the ErgOne and PocoP, he discovers that his own history is closely linked to that of these ancient artifacts. Faced with difficult moral choices and formidable adversaries, Snake must navigate carefully in a world where the boundaries between reality and fiction, past and future, hawe become blurred and uncertain.
